Christine Udeani, JD
Founder, NextProMedia — Business Consultant, AI Governance & Privacy Strategist

I built NextProMedia because I kept watching the same gap play out: organizations either had someone who understood the law, or someone who understood how to actually run the business, rarely both in the same room at the same time.
My background sits at that intersection. I hold a Juris Doctor and am qualified to sit for the bar in multiple jurisdictions, along with a degree in communications and business. I've spent my career as an entrepreneur, author, and strategist, most recently building automation and AI-adoption work for small and growing companies, and chose to build in business rather than practice law.
When AI started reshaping how every organization handles data, I saw the same gap reappear in a new form: legal teams who understood the regulations but not the operations, and technical teams moving fast on AI without anyone mapping the risk. That's the gap NextProMedia exists to close.
I'm a business consultant and JD working at the intersection of law, technology, governance, and operations. The work itself doesn't separate cleanly into legal, operations, and AI governance, so I built a practice that moves across all three instead of staying boxed into one.
Legal Compliance
What US privacy law actually requires of your business, translated out of statute language and into plain operating terms.
Privacy Operations
The systems that make a privacy program real: data inventories, vendor assessments, and an audit trail that holds up.
AI Governance
Governance for the AI systems already running in your business, before a regulator or a headline forces the issue.
This practice is built to be useful to everyone accountable for getting it right, not just the people who already speak the language.
I've spent my career translating, between legal language and business reality, between what a regulation says and what a team actually has to do on a Monday morning. That's the same work AI governance needs right now. My goal isn't to be the only person who understands this, it's to make sure the people responsible for it in your organization understand it too.
