Privacy Policy

Effective August 27, 2026  ·  Applies to nextpromedia.com and all pages published under the NextProMedia brand

1. Who We Are

NextProMedia ("NextProMedia," "we," "us," or "our") provides privacy and AI governance consulting, training, and strategy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what choices you have. It does not describe how we handle information within a client engagement, that is governed separately by the terms of that engagement.

2. Information We Collect

We keep this section honest and current rather than padded with boilerplate about data types we don't actually collect. As of the effective date above:

  • Information you provide directly. If you email us or reach out through a contact link, we receive whatever you choose to include, typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Standard hosting logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information common to nearly all websites (such as IP address, browser type, and page requested) for security and site reliability. We do not access or use these logs for marketing purposes.
  • No analytics or marketing cookies are active on this site at this time. If that changes, for example if we add analytics to understand site traffic, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated first, and the relevant toggle in our cookie preference manager will govern whether it runs for you.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to respond to your inquiries, operate and secure this website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies

This site uses a cookie preference banner that lets you choose what's active beyond what's strictly necessary. For a full breakdown of cookie categories, what each is for, and how to change your choice at any time, see our Cookie Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site:

  • Hosting. This site is hosted on infrastructure that processes standard web traffic and logs as described above.
  • Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts' servers, which involves your browser making a direct request to Google and can transmit your IP address as part of that request. This is a font-delivery function, not an advertising or tracking cookie, but we're noting it here in the interest of full disclosure and are evaluating self-hosting our fonts to remove this third-party request entirely.

7. Data Retention

We retain information you send us directly for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain accurate business records, and delete it sooner upon a verified deletion request. Standard hosting logs are retained on a rolling basis in line with our hosting provider's default retention practices.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (which, again, we do not engage in), and to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We aim to respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time, generally no more than 45 days.

This section is a general description of common privacy rights, not a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction legal analysis. Which specific rights apply to you depends on where you live and which law governs your data. It is not legal advice.

9. Global Privacy Control

This site is built to automatically detect and honor the Global Privacy Control signal, a browser-based opt-out mechanism recognized under several US state privacy laws. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat that as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies without requiring you to interact with our cookie banner separately.

10. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Visitors

If you're accessing this site from outside the United States, be aware that information you send us may be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable law change. Material changes will update the effective date at the top of this page.

14. Contact Us
